Main Material: Glass, PMMA, PC

Glass is the most commonly used material
Normal thickness of different materials as below:
Glass: 0.55mm ~ 10.0mm
PMMA: 0.5mm ~ 3.0mm
PC: 0.1mm ~ 1.0mm

The Materials of the Cover Glass:

Clear Glass

Clear glass is sodium calcium glass, mainly composed of silicon dioxide and sodium oxide. Its main manufacturers are from mainland and Japan, such as IRICO glass, CSG, CLFG, AGC, CG, NSG, NEG and so on, and widely used in the flat panel display industry. Our main supplier is AGC.

Ultra-white Glass

Aluminum silicon glass is belong to ultra-white glass, its ingredient are Al₂O₃ and SiO₂. Its main manufacturers are Corning, AGC Dragon Trail, domestic IRICO glass, panda glass, CSG and so on. Corning and Dragon Trail are always used in high-end applications.

AG - Anti-glare

AR - Anti-reflection

Features:
Cover lens transmittance: 94% ~ 99%
Cover lens reflectivity: 0.5% ~5%
Surface abrasion resistance performance: AR+AF, no.0 steel velvet 2kg force, rubbing 20,000 times
Salt spray test: 5% NaCl brine concentration, 48℃, test 480h
Production process: steam plating, splash plating, soaking

AF - Anti-fingerprint

AF coating can form hydrophobicity on the glass surface, to make the water droplets not easily scattered.
There are two methods to test AF effect:
Water drop contact angle test, require the angle between water-drop and solid surface should be bigger than 105°
Abrasive resistance test, general standard is no.0 steel wire ball, 750gf, rubbing 2000 times

AB - Anti-bacterial

Anti-bacterial glass can inhibit algae, micro bacteria, mildew, fungi and other harmful bacteria
It is the inherent property of glass and can permanently inhibit bacteria

Its core is special silver iron implantation technology, the silver irons are deep inside the glass surface and integrated with glass
Therefore the anti-bacterial properties are inherent and permanent properties

-Injection molding process: directly injection molding through different shapes of models
